    That is the RAAF Caribou A4-225. Note that it does not have its RAAF insignia painted out by the Red Cross symbols. That was the case with the RAAF Caribou A4-140 that was used for Red Cross service in East Timor in August/Sept 1975, along with the RAAF Caribou A4-199 painted all white with Red Cross insignia. RAAF Caribou A4-225 is now in the South Australian Aviation Museum.
